These terms explain how our service works — in plain English, not legal jargon.
The Service
ÉireStream provides IPTV subscription services and streaming solutions in Ireland. We give you access to licensed and free-to-air content over the internet, and we set up and maintain that access for you.
Your Account
When you subscribe, we send you personal login details. Please keep them private — they are for you and your household only. If you think someone else is using your details, tell us and we will change them for you.
Payments & Plan Periods
Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. There is no automatic renewal. When the period ends, the plan simply ends. We send you a reminder before that happens, and renewing is always your choice.
Acceptable Use
Your subscription is for personal, private use. Please do not:
- resell your subscription or share your login details publicly;
- use the service for anything illegal;
- try to copy, re-stream or redistribute the content.
If this happens, we may end the subscription.
Service Changes
TV channels and line-ups can change from time to time — channels may be added, removed or replaced. We always work to keep the service complete, and we will tell you about important changes.
Liability
We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will be perfect 100% of the time. To the extent allowed by Irish law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for your current plan.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
